Step 1: Go to Gmail.com and login to the email account that the copier is using for the scan to email feature.
Step 2: Click on the Profile Icon and select Managed Your Google Account
Step 3: Go to Security and select 2-Step Verification
Step 4: Select GET STARTED
Step 5: Login to the account
Step 6: Enter your cell phone number and select NEXT
Step 7: Check your cell phone and enter the code.
Step 8: Turn on 2-Step Verification.
Step 9: Click on the Profile Icon and select Managed Your Google Account
Step 10: Select Security and select App passwords.
Step 11: Select app and choose Custom Name.
Step 12: Type in a label for the device and select Generate
Step 13: Copy the App Password. We'll now need to enter the App Password into the copier. Select a Manufacturer at the top menu for steps on how to enter the App Password into the copier.
Step 1: Launch the Ricoh's web interface by typing in the IP address into a web browser and click on Login
Step 2: Enter the Admin credentials.
Step 3: Select Device Management and select Configuration.
Step 4: Select Email
Step 5: Select Change under SMTP Auth. Password.
Step 6: Enter the APP Password in both fields and click OK.
Step 7: Click on OK to save the settings.
Step 1: Launch the Kyocera's web interface by typing in the IP address into a web browser. Enter the useranme, password and click on Login
Step 2: Click on Function Settings.
Step 3: Click on Email.
Step 4: Enter the APP Password.
Step 5: Scroll down on the page and click Submit.
Step 1: Launch the Toshiba's web interface by typing in the IP address into a web browser and click on Login
Step 2: Enter the Admin credentials. The username and password is either username: admin | password:0We@ATO or username: admin | password:123456 and click Login.
Step 3: Select Administration.
Step 4: Select Email and click on SMTP Settings.
Step 5: Enter the App Password and click Save.
Step 6: Click on Save to save the settings.
Step 1: Launch the Konica's web interface by typing the IP address into a web browser. Click on User Type, select Administrator and click on Login
Step 2: Enter the admin Password and click Login
Step 3: Click on Network
Step 4: Click on Email Setting.
Step 5: Click on Email TX(SMTP)
Step 6: Enter the App Password, click OK and then click Logout.
Step 1: Launch the Konica's web interface by typing the IP address into a web browser. Click on User Type, select Administrator and click on Sign In
Step 2: Click on Scan/Digital Send and then click on Edit
Step 3: Click on Next
Step 4: Enter the App Password and click Finish
